Ray, thank you for your interest in helping our CM. It was a good idea to have a

neutral person in the meeting to ensure we accomplish what we set out to do.

It will help to ensure we cover our agenda in a professional manner too.

Dear Mater Ray,
Dear Board Members,

What made us proud of ourselves and thankful toward Ray was his excellent facilitation.

Also I realize how easy is to make the wheel turn properly when the
proper medium is present. Last night you (Ray) did an excellence the role of
that medium and I appreciate it a lot.

PREPARING THE LEADER

To : Fellow Board members, and Ray,

Thank you Ray for your time, your efforts, your boardroom and expertise for the cause of Club Milonga’s

growth and well being.

I realize most of the meeting was for my benefit, to prepare me for the task ahead of leading the new board,

and of Club Milonga. So thank you everyone for your input.

Ray let us talk and rarely interrupted unless we missed something some member was trying to say.

As a result we were able to hear better what was being said/ recommended. By asking us to repeat what was said,

it made us work at understanding each other and our own skills for communicating in both presenting our ideas,

and "hearing" what others ideas are. As a result we were able to focus a little clearer, and came away more unified

and understanding our roles in this board.

Thanks again Ray. I am waiting to hear the collective will of the board. My opinion is that it is good to

have you as a "neutral" facilitator and help us focus our process.
